NHS Fife is seeking two experienced Registered Mental Nurses to join Community Mental Health Teams. This role focuses on delivering skill-based interventions for individuals with complex- trauma and personality disorders while participating in physical healthcare clinics. The position offers day-to-day responsibilities for assessment, care planning, and teamwork within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for mental health issues
• Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team
• Participate in both virtual and in-person consultations
• Support physical health monitoring for patients in care
Requirements:
• Experience as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of mental health and physical healthcare needs
• Flexibility in managing a wide-ranging workload
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
