As a Responsible Adult, you’ll be a vital part of our expanding team, working full-time with split shifts before and after school. The role requires a responsible adult certification and experience in inclusive childcare settings, providing a fun and organized experience for children. Engage in creative activities while ensuring adherence to childcare policies and maintaining child records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create fun activities for children daily
• Facilitate group and one-on-one interactions
• Organize child records and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with children and parents
• Maintain and adhere to childcare regulations

Requirements:
• Responsible Adult Certification or equivalent
• Degree/diploma in ECE or related field
• 1-3 years of childcare experience
• First aid certification approved by CCLR
• Availability Monday to Friday
