In this full-time, permanent role, you will supervise 1-3 General Labourers or Trainees daily. With 2-3 years of residential construction experience, your coaching will enhance on-site training aligned with organizational standards. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining safety and efficiency as projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach General Labourers and Trainees
• Report unsafe conditions to Foreman or Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
• Ensure tools and materials are accounted for
• Assist with site setup and teardown

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in residential construction
• Experience in coaching and training preferred
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic hand tools and steel-toed shoes required
• Must work in diverse weather conditions
