Key responsibilities include food preparation, portioning, assembly, and sanitization, ensuring compliance with AHS standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and portion food items for service
• Clean and sanitize equipment and serving areas
• Deliver meals in a timely manner to residents
• Operate industrial food service equipment efficiently
• Manage inventory and handle cash transactions

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• Physically capable of lifting up to 46 lbs
• Ability to push/pull meal carts up to 250 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
