Think Academy US is seeking an ELA Teacher Recruitment & Training Specialist to build the teaching team for our US Online ELA program. Based in our downtown Toronto office, you will own the end-to-end process from finding and assessing teacher candidates through training and readiness for their first class.
You will work closely with the ELA teaching team to understand hiring needs, maintain a solid candidate pipeline, and help new teachers meet our instructional standards.
