InnVest Hotels seeks an Asset Management and Investments Analyst to focus on investments, asset management and reporting. You will build underwriting models, conduct market research, assist due diligence, coordinate across departments, and prepare investment memorandums for decision-makers.
You will monitor performance, support annual plans and monthly reviews, and contribute to portfolio reporting with robust financial modeling, hospitality market knowledge, and teamwork.
