Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) under the Director of Primary Care. The PCN will serve diverse populations with client-centered, harm-reduction approaches to HIV/STBBI and primary care access.
The PCN will lead in the Pit Stop at Nine Circles, providing outreach-based care in clinics and community settings. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team will support client access to HIV prevention and comprehensive health services.
