Boasting a workforceof 3,000+ employees and with ambitious growth on the horizon, CanadaOne Auto isactively searching for a IT Infrastructure Analyst toimplement, configure, support, and maintain our core cloud and networkinfrastructure platforms. In this role, you will work closely with theinfrastructure team to support our hybrid cloud strategy while followingsecurity and information management best practices. This in-office positionrequires daily onsite attendance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support servers, backups,patching, networks, firewalls, access control, public cloud, and SaaSplatforms.
Apply cloud infrastructureexpertise to translate strategy and architecture into secure, resilient, andefficient solutions and operational support.
Implement, monitor, andmaintain Microsoft Azure,
Microsoft 365, and other cloud solutions, includingprovisioning, capacity planning, incident management, and reliable servicedelivery.
Help advance the Cloud Servicesroadmap through lifecycle management, maintenance, and continuous improvementof core technologies.
Develop, implement, and reviewcloud operating procedures with your manager to meet policy, regulatory,standards, and risk-control requirements.
Evaluate and communicate newcloud features and tools, and support governance for their implementation andadoption.
Participate in or lead problemmanagement, including post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, documentedfindings, and recommendations.
Contribute to infrastructureand operations planning while building strong relationships with businessunits, service providers, technical teams, and end users.
Support service and operationaltargets, including project timelines, client satisfaction, ticket response andresolution, availability, and service quality.
Help manage and communicateoutages and performance degradation, using monitoring and analysis to maintainuptime and provide timely stakeholder updates.
MUST HAVES
At least three years ofexperience designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions across MicrosoftAzure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, Active Directory, singlesign-on, Windows Server,
and network infrastructure.
A university degree in computerscience, business, or engineering; a relevant two-year diploma from arecognized institution; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
Strong knowledge of current andemerging technologies, especially cloud platforms and operational practices.
Broad infrastructure expertisespanning desktops, servers, storage, backups, networking, public cloud, andSaaS platforms.
Proven ability to administerMicrosoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365, including resource provisioning, capacityplanning, security, monitoring, and operational support.
Experience working witharchitects, developers, leaders, business users, service providers, and supportteams to plan, implement, operationalize, and troubleshoot cloud workloads.
Ability to lead major incidentresponse, balance competing priorities, and maintain reliable cloud platformoperations.
Excellent analytical, planning,organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, withclose attention to detail.
Ability to create and managetechnical processes, recommend standards, incorporate peer feedback, andpromote continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of Palo Alto,Cisco, Meraki, and related networking technologies.
Willingness to join a rotatingon-call schedule.
ASSETS
Microsoft Certified: AzureAdministrator Associate or higher.
Relevant certifications inWindows, Linux, storage, backup, networking, or enterprise computing.
Familiarity with GoogleWorkspace and environment migrations.
Experience supporting amulti-site retail or automotive environment.
