Reporting to the Pharmacy Site Coordinator, the Clinical Pharmacist will provide crucial clinical pharmacy services. Licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, you will identify and resolve drug therapy problems while working independently and alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Effective communication and the ability to teach are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and pharmaceutical care
• Identify and resolve drug therapy problems effectively
• Work independently and in a team environment




• Communicate clearly with healthcare professionals and patients
• Teach and mentor pharmacy staff as needed

Requirements:
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in British Columbia
• Completion of an Accredited Pharmacy Residency preferred
• Robust decision-making and independence skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Capability to operate relevant software and equipment
