The City of Hamilton is seeking an experienced Real Estate Specialist to support portfolio management, due diligence, and planning for affordable housing initiatives. You will profile properties, analyze attributes and advise on dispositions aligned with the Housing Sustainability Roadmap.
You will report to the Senior Real Estate Consultant, collaborate across departments, prepare reports for management and Council, and ensure compliance with provincial and municipal laws.
