As part of our Supply Chain and Operations team, the Logistics Coordinator works directly with third-party partners and manages both inbound and outbound shipments. You will oversee logistics duties including customs compliance, shipment tracking, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Book and manage domestic and international shipments
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers




• Handle customs paperwork and ensure compliance
• Process customer RMAs and repair orders accurately
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 3+ years in logistics or reverse logistics
• Experience with customs procedures and freight forwarders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
