The most significant aspect of our company's operations is our dedicated people; our people will always be the source of our success and their safety and health will always come first.We are currently seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.SummaryThe Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, with a primary focus on accounts payable and general office duties. This role supports the operational functions of the accounting department and ensures financial records are accurately maintained. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to uphold a high standard of customer service.Duties And ResponsibilitiesRecord and review accounts, and prioritize collection activities in a timely and accurate mannerContact customers to secure payment and follow up on outstanding accountsResolve issues related to payment delays or discrepanciesCommunicate account status updates to the Controller and other finance managementPerform basic accounting functions including preparing and issuing documents such as bills, invoices, reports, and account statements using a computerized systemMaintain accurate data entry, track documents,
