Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an Experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Windsor.We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused qualified to coordinate service crews, schedules, materials, purchase orders, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch service crews and coordinate multiple projectsCommunicate with customers, field crews, suppliers, and internal teamsCreate and track purchase orders and material requirementsMonitor project progress, schedules, and service qualityMaintain accurate work orders, records, and reportsResolve scheduling and service issues efficientlySupport Service Managers and team membersQualifications:3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or project coordinationExperience in roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, transportation,
