KeyResponsibilities: Overseethefullmanagementandstrategicdirectionofthehousekeeping,housepersonandlaundrystaff,ensuringoperationalefficiency,serviceconsistency,andalignmentwithhotelstandards.
Developdepartmentalgoals,operatingprocedures,andlong-termplanstosupportoverallhotelperformance.
Leaddailybriefings,stand-up meetings,anddepartmentalmeetings,settingexpectationsandcommunicatingprioritiestoSupervisorsandAssociates.
Planandmanagedailystaffinglevels,schedules,andlaborbudgetstomeetbusinessdemandswhilecontrollingcosts.
Maintainandenforcehotelcleanlinessstandardsacrossguestrooms,publicareas,meetingspaces,andback-of-houseareas.
Conductregularauditsandinspectionsofrooms,publicareas,andSupervisorcheckliststoensurequality,consistency,andcompliancewithbrandstandards.
Overseeroomreadiness,servicerecoveryprocesses,andguest-impactissues,ensuringtimelyandeffectiveresolution.
Design,implement,andevaluatetrainingprogramsforSupervisorsandAssociates,ensuringconsistentonboarding,skillsdevelopment,andbrandcompliance.
EnsureaccurateandtimelycommunicationofroomstatusandoperationalupdatesbetweenHousekeeping,FrontDesk,Engineering,andotherdepartments.




Serveastheprimaryliaisonwithfrontoffice,engineering,security,andotherhotelteamstosupportsmoothcross-departmentaloperations.
Managedepartmentalinventory,purchasing,andcostcontrolsforlinens,supplies,chemicals,andequipment,ensuringbudgetadherence.
Overseeequipmentmaintenance,linenquality,andvendorrelationshipstosupportoperationalneeds.
Reviewandmaintaindepartmentalrecords,includinginspections,productivityreports,payroll,scheduling,inventorylogs,andguestfeedbacktrends.
Driveguestsatisfactionbyensuringpromptresponsestoguestneeds,maintainingservicequality,andaddressingrecurringissuesthroughprocessimprovements.
Ensurecompliancewithsafetyprotocols,chemicalhandlingprocedures,andproperlabelingandstorageofhazardousmaterials.
Conductperformanceevaluations,coaching,correctiveaction,andsuccessionplanningtosupportahigh-performingteamculture.
Supportamulti-functionalworkenvironmentandprovideleadershippresenceduringpeak-periods,specialevents,orstaffingshortages.
QualificationsandExperience: Minimumof3-5yearsofprogressiveexperienceinhousekeepingsupervisoryormanagementrole.
Strongknowledgeofhotelhousekeepingstandards,roominspections,anddailyoperations.
Strongleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
Experiencewithinventory,purchasing,anddepartmentalcostcontrol.
KnowledgeofWHMIS,workplacesafety,andproperchemicalhandling.
Proficiencywithbasiccomputerapplicationsandhotelsystems.
Flexibletoworkweekends,holidays,andvaryingshiftsasrequired.
