As a key leader within The Salvation Army, the Community Mission Manager will oversee corps-operated facilities and programs. Candidates should be prepared to manage teams, develop outcome measurement tools, and uphold high standards aligned with organizational values. Your leadership will help integrate mission objectives across the community while actively supporting fundraising and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee community services and facilities
• Manage support workers and measure program outcomes
• Participate in strategic planning and vision development
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and community initiatives
• Direct staff hiring, training, and evaluations
Requirements:
• 2-3 years post-secondary education in related fields
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must complete Food Secure Level 1, CPR, and First Aid
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
