IntouchCX in Calgary is seeking an IT Generalist to maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment. You will install and test workstations, troubleshoot issues, and support daily IT operations.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, adaptability to learn current software, strong time management, and excellent communication and customer service skills. ChromeOS experience is a plus.
