The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps customers discover Ralph Lauren products. This seasonal retail role supports sales goals while creating a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance metrics.
Share product, fashion, and styling knowledge, and assist customers in fitting rooms.
Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements
Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile setting is preferred.
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
Be available to work a adaptable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
