Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and support interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate patient care, flow, and discharge planning
• Act as a resource for complex mental health cases
• Deliver education to clients and healthcare specialists
• Ensure adherence to BCCNM standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN
• Minimum of three years’ recent mental health experience
• Completion of Non-violent crisis intervention course
• Valid BC Driver's License for local travel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
