This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone passionate about music, live events, artists, and entertainment who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry.The Executive Assistant will play a key role in helping manage the CEO's day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and priorities while supporting broader company initiatives and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordinationCoordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEOOrganize travel, accommodations, itineraries, and logisticsPrepare meeting notes, agendas, follow-ups, and action itemsHelp prioritize tasks and maintain organization across multiple projectsOrganize documents, assets, spreadsheets, and internal systemsAssist with presentations,
