Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician, where you will take ownership of the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our facility infrastructure, production systems, and critical equipment. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will serve as a senior technical resource — independently diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility challenges across our regulated production site.
This is more than a maintenance role — it’s an opportunity to shape how our site operates. You’ll lead preventive and corrective maintenance, identify recurring issues, drive root-cause improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. If you’re a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in keeping complex systems running at their best, we want to hear from you.
