Key Responsibilities:
• Review and resolve complex trade issues with in-depth evaluation
• Lead projects and support industry initiatives with management
• Perform end-of-day checks for daily work accuracy




• Manage monthly sign-off responsibilities for break resolution
• Prepare and reconcile daily P&L; reports for institutional activity

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in middle or back-office operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred
• Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with trading systems like DSTS and Fidessa
• Exceptional Excel proficiency, including VBA knowledge
