Your role focuses on culturally sensitive employment services, including assessments and counseling, ensuring job seekers receive the best resources to succeed. Engage with community partners, facilitating workshops and marketing ACCES services to enhance client placements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide culturally sensitive employment services and counseling
• Facilitate impactful job readiness workshops for clients




• Develop relationships for effective referrals with community organizations
• Maintain an active caseload and file management duties
• Advocate for clients in employment and training access

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related fields or 5 years' experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in case management and marketing ACCES services
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
