What You'll Do:
Developing, reviewing, and updating quality manuals, procedures, and documents.
Conducting audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance and identify issues.
Analyzing data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality matters.
Collaborating with other departments and external parties to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.
Reporting on quality outcomes and initiatives to management and customers
What You Bring:
University degree in Engineering
Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools
Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
Identifies breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact customer service and quality
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
