Become a vital part of remote camp services as a Maintenance Planner with Dexterra Group. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities and managing work orders in Nunavut.

As a Maintenance Planner/Administrator, you will support facilities operations in a challenging remote setting. This position entails work order tracking, product ordering, and documentation management, while collaborating closely with the Maintenance Manager and Camp Manager. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are paramount in this 12-hour rotational shift role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and update maintenance work orders in the system
• Track maintenance items and provide regular status updates
• Maintain records for repairs, inspections, and service reports




• Assist in planning preventive maintenance and inspections
• Prepare and track maintenance-related product orders

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance coordination or administration
• Familiarity with SAP or similar work order systems
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in remote environments
