The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in School Psychology and is well-versed in psychological assessment and consultation with teachers, parents, and community agencies. Your expertise will directly influence student learning and development, as you collaborate with district personnel to implement effective instructional strategies and behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual psychological assessments for students
• Consult with teachers and parents on educational implications
• Collaborate on instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
• Stay informed on Special Education Policies and Procedures
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements from CHCPBC
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in School Psychology or related field
• Proven consulting experience with educational stakeholders
• Knowledge of Ministry of Education guidelines
• Licensed under College of Health and Care Professionals (CHCPBC)
• Level C Testing certification
