Step into a critical role at Victaulic as an EH&S; Process Specialist on a 12-month contract in Brampton, ON. This position centers on enhancing safety compliance through innovative process engineering.

In this hands-on role, you will drive safety culture by collaborating with process engineers and manufacturing teams at Victaulic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management systems. You will analyze risk, lead incident investigations, and ensure adherence to safety regulations while embedding safety controls in engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and monitor changes
• Lead ergonomic program assessments and recommendations




• Collaborate with engineers to integrate safety into designs
• Identify and mitigate hazards in manufacturing operations
• Manage documentation for ISO management systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• 3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Solid knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
