As a consultant reporting to the Management Supervisor, you will create and manage comprehensive case plans addressing both mental and physical health needs. Your expertise will help in reducing employee absences while ensuring an efficient workplace. Engage with various stakeholders, including management and insurers, to facilitate communication and support for effective job accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate complex medical leaves and return-to-work programs
• Communicate with stakeholders on accommodations and disability perks




• Facilitate meetings to define modified duties for safe returns
• Monitor case statuses and facilitate required documentation
• Organize Physical Demands Analysis to ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum three years' experience in disability case management
• Knowledge of current case law regarding disability and accommodation
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 tools
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License
