Kitimat CDC is seeking a dedicated Therapy Services Manager to champion early years therapy and family support services. This full-time position, based in Kitimat, British Columbia, requires someone with a Master’s degree or relevant degree and progressive leadership experience. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure service excellence and oversee staff development in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to therapy staff
• Coach and motivate staff to foster a positive workplace culture




• Ensure compliance with qualified standards and best practices
• Support staff with performance-related concerns
• Monitor service delivery, trends, and data for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or significant leadership experience
• Proven experience in child and family services leadership
