Become a key player in ROCKWOOL's Operational Maintenance team as a Mechanical Maintenance Millwright in Milton. This role features a rotating continental shift schedule with a focus on machinery support and optimization.

In this essential position, you'll report to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure production efficiency through quality mechanical support. Key responsibilities include conducting repairs, preventive maintenance, and utilizing troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This role supports a dynamic manufacturing environment while requiring availability for both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to optimize production efficiency
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery




• Repair and replace machinery components effectively
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and safety protocols
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately

Requirements:
• Holds a valid Ontario Millwright License 433A
• Minimum of 5 years in heavy industrial maintenance
• Grade 12 education, technical education preferred
• Proficient in reading safety protocols and engineering drawings
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
