Join CHARM Fertility as a Licensed Clinical Assistant and help improve women's health experiences. Collaborate with medical experts to provide compassionate care in our Oakville clinic.

This role supports our patient-focused mission at CHARM Fertility, reporting directly to the Medical Director. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the care of fertility patients through assessments, education, and treatment coordination. Flexibility to cover our Etobicoke and Brampton locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and document patient medical histories
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
• Conduct in-person and virtual patient follow-ups
• Review lab and diagnostic results with the supervising doctor
• Administer medications under appropriate authorization

Requirements:
• Licensed Physician Assistant with CPSO registration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is an asset
• Ability to travel among clinic locations
• Robust patient-centered approach with empathy
