Luma is seeking a Senior Asset Artist with expertise in both Organic and Hard Surface modeling for a remote role based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Bring your skills in texture, look development, and hair/fur to create compelling assets.

In this remote position, a minimum of six years of experience in a VFX production environment is required. Ideal candidates will have a strong aesthetic sense, effective time management, and proficiency in industry-standard tools like Maya, ZBrush, and Mari. You'll be instrumental in creating efficient models and mentoring junior artists while adapting to client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create clean, efficient models based on creative briefs
• Demonstrate strong Look Development and R&D; skills




• Maintain and update models per feedback from clients
• Facilitate high-quality texture map creation
• Mentor fellow artists to enhance their skills

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience as an Asset Artist
• Proficiency in UV layout and efficient topology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer graphics or related field
• Mastery in tools like Maya, ZBrush, and Mari
• Strong communication and organizational skills
