LECM (LE Construction & Maintenance) is seeking an experienced Asphalt Lead Hand to lead our paving crew during the construction season, delivering secure, productive laydown and durable commercial surfaces. Ideal candidates have proven screed and roller skills and leadership to keep a crew moving in a rapid-paced, quality-focused workplace.

With year-round potential, this role offers winter work in snow and ice operations and may become full-time.
