Join ERM as a Lead Hydrogeologist in Calgary or Vancouver, Canada, and tackle critical groundwater challenges in the mining and oil & gas sectors. This role offers the prospect to drive sustainable water management through leadership and technical expertise.
As a Managing Technical Consultant and Intermediate Hydrogeologist, you will oversee field programs and mentor teams while executing complex water resource projects. Your work will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions that balance environmental responsibility with business needs, helping clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate groundwater field programs and installations
• Supervise field teams to ensure health and safety compliance
• Analyze aquifer data using established methodologies
• Perform QA/QC reviews of field data
• Prepare technical reports and proposals in collaboration with senior team members
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in geoscience or related field
• 4+ years of hydrogeology consulting experience
• Eligible for professional designation in a Canadian jurisdiction
• Proven leadership in field programs
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
