Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Nurse Practitioner Training Support Scheme delivery
• Support employers and trainees throughout the program




• Monitor trainee progress and access to mentoring
• Identify and address challenges affecting training quality
• Foster relationships across diverse healthcare stakeholders

Requirements:
• Experience in programme coordination within healthcare
• Robust relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Understanding of health inequities affecting Māori and Pacific Peoples
• Current full driver’s license
