Extendicare Blenheim Community Village in Blenheim, Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent full time position. Reporting to the DHW/DOC, you will provide direct resident care, medication administration, and ensure documentation complies with Extendicare policies.
You will assess and update care plans, coordinate care conferences, supervise unregulated care providers, manage medications, respond to emergencies, and uphold infection prevention and safety standards.
