Provide essential mental health support as a Mental Health Therapist with Homewood Health. This full-time position offers an opportunity to deliver EFAP services and make a real difference in clients' lives.
As part of our Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team devoted to offering high-quality care. You will engage in confidential counseling, case management, and assessments, focusing on seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in a related discipline and demonstrate significant counseling experience to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide EFAP services including counseling and assessments
• Establish treatment plans and maintain case progress notes
• Develop actionable service plans under supervision
• Respond to after-hours crisis calls as required
• Collaborate with team members to improve client outcomes
Requirements:
• Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Valid registration with governing body
• Minimum 3 years of counseling experience
• Familiarity with crisis management techniques
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
