Join Agnico Eagle as a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst at our Macassa Mine or regional office. You'll leverage expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This role reports directly to the Site Controller and emphasizes collaboration with department leaders to support financial processes. Key tasks include conducting variance analyses, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget management. Your insights will be crucial for operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly cost review meetings with department leaders
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics




• Provide financial insights for the annual budget process
• Conduct variance analysis and identify cost drivers
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting
• CPA designation is preferred or in progress
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial reporting tools like Power BI
