This role involves direct psychosocial care, treatment coordination, and partnership with multidisciplinary teams. You'll deliver outreach services, care planning, and crisis response while supporting client self-management and promoting mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients and families
• Develop care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide crisis intervention and community outreach




• Facilitate client education and advocacy initiatives
• Coordinate linkage to specialized mental health resources

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• Two years of relevant experience in mental health
• Knowledge of First Nations cultural practices and protocols
• Valid BC Driver's License with travel flexibility
• Eligibility for registration with relevant skilled association
