Your expertise in employee relations, labour relations, and organizational effectiveness will be crucial in supporting informed people decisions that align with business objectives. You'll collaborate on retention strategies and career development while providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR team and leaders on people strategies
• Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management




• Support change management initiatives with project monitoring
• Provide HR policy and collective agreement expertise
• Lead workplace investigations regarding conflicts and misconduct

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in HR business partnership
• Experience in unionized workplaces and labour relations
• Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and HR practices
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
