We’re seeking a hands-on specialist to improve accounts payable (AP) processes. This is a process improvement role, not an AP processing role.

Responsibilities

Assess AP workflows and identify gaps in controls, efficiency, and accountability.

Map processes and develop explicit standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Improve purchasing, receiving, invoice, and approval workflows.

Partner with operational and systems teams to implement controls and automation.

Establish practical AP performance measures and support adoption of new processes.

Requirements

Experience improving end-to-end AP processes.

Experience designing approval workflows and financial controls.

Strong process-mapping, SOP-writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work across teams and turn recommendations into implemented changes.

Pay Rate
$85.00/ Hour
