GitLab is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to own renewal activities for a portfolio of customers in a primarily remote setting. This individual-contributor role reports to the Manager, Renewals and follows defined frameworks to ensure timely, accurate renewals.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal terms, and maintain CRM records.
