• Lead quality improvement projects and process enhancements

• Develop effective recommendations from Quality of Care reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Healthcare, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Preferred Lean Green Belt or Six Sigma certification
• 3-5 years in quality improvement or project management
• Solid analytical skills and data interpretation ability
• Proven leadership and communication skills
