With over 7 years of experience in project controls, you will analyze cost trends, develop cost control workflows, and manage billing processes. This position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments to enhance project performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create Applications for Payment and respond to client inquiries
• Analyze cost trends and identify variances for projects
• Develop and implement effective cost control procedures




• Prepare and present detailed cost reports and dashboards
• Assist with contract administration and subcontractor payments

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in construction project controls
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and account codes
• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Willingness to travel to project sites
