This position focuses on conducting investigations of Approved Firms and Persons in response to public complaints. The role requires synthesizing complex data from diverse sources to inform case strategies effectively. Successful candidates will leverage analytical tools, ensuring data integrity and managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced, case-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth OSINT investigations based on public complaints
• Analyze data from internal databases and social media platforms
• Collaborate with Enforcement teams and present findings clearly




• Develop visual reports and intelligence summaries for decision-making
• Attend hearings as a witness to support enforcement proceedings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in criminology, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in intelligence or investment sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
