Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting server infrastructure, virtualization, and network services. This role calls for a solid technical background in troubleshooting, administration, and operational support for production systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain HEABC's hybrid infrastructure systems - Support VMware settings,



including virtual machines and hosts - Manage Microsoft services such as Windows Server and Active Directory - Oversee enterprise storage solutions, backups, and recovery - Monitor system health, performance, and availability
Requirements: - BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems - Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise infrastructure support - Strong knowledge of Windows Server and VMware - Familiarity with enterprise backup and disaster recovery technologies - Excellent communication and organizational skills
