Key Responsibilities:
Review plans and specifications for discrepancies
Complete various budget formats (Class D-A)




Organize subtrade distributions & bidding processes
Solicit bidders and ensure positive tender results
Lead project team meetings and workshops

Requirements:
10+ years in the ICI construction industry
Engineering or Construction Management degree required
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Gold Seal Certification or LEED accreditation preferred
