You'll assist in training current employees and ensure all work complies with specifications during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Weld components using MIG and stick techniques
Report damaged goods to supervision promptly
Fill out process sheets accurately
Maintain assigned equipment condition
Support recent welders as required

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years welding experience required
MIG, MCAW, FCAW proficiency established
Ability to read shop drawings essential
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Must complete a welding test
