Reporting to the Plant Manager and Customer Service Manager, and working closely with the Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities
Receive orders from customers and sales representatives, enter orders into the system, process payments, and forward orders to the logistics team.
Review each order to verify products, quantities, pricing, shipping dates, and any special requirements, including export and technical documentation when applicable.
Coordinate with team leaders, production, and inventory planning teams to ensure products are delivered on time.
Respond to incoming calls and emails and provide existing and prospective customers with product information, specifications, order details, pricing information, and required documentation.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to returns, credits, delays, and customer claims.

Qualifications




Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Robust computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset.
Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken (French is not required outside the province of Quebec).
