In this role, you will report to the Manager of Accounts Payable and handle full-cycle accounts payable functions. We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of relevant experience, solid Excel skills, and proficiency in ERP systems. You will directly impact our financial operations by ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and process high-volume vendor invoices diligently
• Maintain vendor master data and banking details
• Prevent fraud through verification of vendor banking details




• Ensure tax compliance with provincial self-assessments
• Monitor uncashed cheques and process payments accordingly

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for vendor inquiries
