We are hiring technicians who will help us build on a strong year: licensed Red Seal technicians, Toyota-trained technicians, and serious early-career people who want to learn the trade properly.
Apply if you are one of these
A Red Seal or provincially licensed Automotive Service Technician who can diagnose, follow procedure, and finish work so it does not come back.
A Toyota- or Lexus-trained technician, including Expert, Master, or hybrid credentials.
An apprentice or young person entering the trade who is reliable, organized, and willing to be taught.
The job
Diagnose and repair Toyota and Lexus vehicles to factory procedures.
Handle maintenance, warranty, customer-pay, electrical, hybrid, and ADAS-related work as qualified.
Use factory information and diagnostic tools.
Confirm the concern, test, repair, and verify.
Write clear notes so the advisor can explain the job accurately.
Improve the next similar job.
That is the working meaning of Kaizen here.
The standard Toyota has provided best-in-class product.
The remaining work belongs to the dealer: the best customer experience in town, built year over year.
Customers already trust the vehicle.
They judge us by how it is diagnosed, repaired, explained, and returned.
Speed without process does not meet that standard.
You will need Licensed track: Red Seal or Certificate of Qualification; sound electrical fundamentals; a complete tool set; a valid licence and acceptable driving record.
Toyota credentials and hybrid experience are solid assets.
Developing track: readiness for apprenticeship; consistent attendance; respect for safety and documentation; a basic tool set and a willingness to follow a test plan before replacing parts.
You can expect Factory-supported training.
A path from developing technician to licensed line work and, where earned, Toyota Expert and Master-level diagnosis.
Mentorship in a process-driven shop.
Pay aligned to licence, credentials, diagnostic ability, and quality of work.
